Is the practice suitable for beginners?

Yes. All courses are structured step by step, starting from the basic level.
Suitable even for those who have never encountered such practices.

Do I need special physical preparation?

No. The sessions are adapted for any level. You work at a comfortable pace under the guidance of breathing techniques.

In what order should I take the courses?

Recommended sequence:
1. Svarga-Bonus (free)
2. Svarga I - basic setup
3. Additionally optional: Flint, Zdravotel, Stan

Can I take the courses online?

Yes, most courses are available in an online format.
You will receive:
— access to video materials,
— step-by-step assignments,
— progress monitoring in your personal account.

Contraindications

Nervous disorders, recent surgeries, high blood pressure, and other conditions for which these practices are not recommended.

Do I need prior experience?

In-person: No prior preparation is needed. It is important to come ready to fully participate and dedicate time to the practice.

Online: No preparation is required, but we recommend organizing a quiet space without distractions.

What should I bring?

In-person: Comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mindset.

Online: Mat or blanket, comfortable clothes, headphones (recommended), and a quiet space.

What is the participation format?

In-person: A 3-day immersion with live guidance, group energy, and hands-on practice.

Online: Live streams, shared group field practice, and deep inner work from your own space.

How much time should I dedicate?

In-person: The entire daily schedule — practices, lectures, meditation. Please clear all 3 days.

Online: Preferably join all live sessions (around 3–6 hours a day) or watch recordings and practice consistently.

How important is active involvement?

In-person: Very important — this is a full-presence group process.

Online: Your results depend on your engagement. We recommend approaching online participation as if you were physically present.

Will there be a shuttle / transfer?

In-person: Yes, if there are 20+ participants. Contact the support team. (Paid separately)

Online: No shuttle needed 🙂

What about food?

In-person: Three vegetarian meals per day are included. There is also a restaurant on site.

Online: You organize your own meals. We recommend light food that supports practice.

Are there any medical considerations or limitations for participation?

We kindly ask you to avoid participating or consult us first if you have:

Pregnancy or breastfeeding (some practices may not be suitable)
Post-surgery recovery
Acute chronic conditions
Cardiovascular issues without medical guidance
Conditions requiring constant medical supervision
Diagnosed mental health disorders or states where intensive practices may be harmful

Can I participate partially?

In-person: Not recommended — the program is a complete process.

Online: Recordings are available, but live participation is best for full impact.
